13.1 Precision Value

The Information Reader Function precision values offers the possibility to define the decimal places and therefore the precision of further calculations. Add the information reader function to the file or files you wish to define the precision values for and open the tree beyond the file.

13.1.1 Precision Value Settings Dialog

In properties window of the precision value function you can type in the maximal number of decimal places you wish to be considered in further calculations. The default value is a precision of 3 decimal places. Click finish to close the dialog. To apply the precision value the information reader function has to be executed.
